Vessel shows pride of ownership, and is very clean inside and out. Boat house stored.
Very spacious layout in main salon. Enter vessel from the molded in swim platform to a centered transom door to a large cockpit, and then into a sliding glass door. Main salon has a settee to port and a built in wrap around couch to starboard. Cabinetry houses a flat screen TV and built in Sat/dish TV, stereo and lower remote VHF radio that pairs with upper flybridge VHF.

Comfortable lay out of the galley with a large Nova-Kool refrigerator with lower freezer compartment, two burner electric cook top, Microwave/convection oven and plenty of galley storage.

Large dedicated walk in shower with folding glass door, Vacu-flush head with tank indicator and attractive sink vanity with mirror. Large vent/fan built in the head area.
Forward, large storage hanging locker and queen sized bed with flat screen TV in forward berth.

Upper flybridge is accessed by two molded in stairways both port and starboard sides of the vessel. Totally enclosed flybridge canvas and crystal clear isinglass. Newer touch screen chart-plotter/radar,depth and sonar. Standard horizon VHF, built in ice maker on flybridge, Bow and Stern thrusters with joystick controls. Built-in bench seating and on bow, a built in bench with storage behind back of seat.
Bow contains two large storage lockers for finders, wash down hose for anchor and a Maxwell windlass with chain/line rode to launch or retrieve plow style anchor.
Central vacuum, oil change system and all dishes, tools, life jackets will be included with sale.
Boat house lease is assumable by owner/lease agreement.
