1990 Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht

Orion is a very fine example of the popular Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht! Meticulously cared for Orion reflects the pride in ownership of her past and present owners. The two-stateroom, galley-down accommodations include a full-size dinette and a lower helm in addition to a roomy owner's stateroom, a deck access door in the salon, and plenty of storage.  Topside, the full-width aft deck is a well appointed space to entertain, and wide side decks make foredeck access easy and safe.
Orion shows very well due to her lifetime on fresh water and boathouse storage. Last year she moved to Gig Harbor. 
Owner's statement: Due to changes in life priorities, we have decided to part with our 1990 Tolly 44 CPMY. This is a somewhat special yacht, ordered specifically for a Tolly exec, who kept it for 28 years in a private boathouse on the Columbia River. It was then sold to an avid, lifelong boater who kept it in his private boathouse, also on the Columbia. We purchased it last summer and brought it to Gig Harbor. We've just completed over $30k in repairs and updates, including ALL new batteries, new Promariner charger, and new Victron inverter/charger, new Olsson davit and restored 11' Zodiac with Honda 30hp 4-stroke. All new bottom paint and zincs. This yacht is a time capsule, with ORIGINAL canvass and deck furniture, all in like-new condition. Detroit 6V53 turbos with about 2550 hours.
