1987 Custom Motor Yacht 50

Seattle, Washington

$154,950

This well maintained custom 50' vessel is a must see that is ready for its next adventure. The current owner has had it for over 20 years and taken great care of the vessel as if it was part of the family.
From the starboard side you enter into the vessel into a very roomy salon area. It has a couch and several chairs which can accommodate many people comfortably. Moving forward you step down into the galley on the starboard side and a large table with wrap around sitting on the port. Continuing forward you have a head with two doors and a large berth stateroom with a walk around queen. It has gorgeous woodwork through out the stateroom. As you move back to the stern you can enter the engine room from the stairs going down to the stern stateroom.  The engine room is clean and has room enough to work on whatever is needed. Exiting the engine room you walk into a large stateroom with a queen bed, lots of storage and a private head on the starboard and separate shower for your use on the port.
You can exit the stern cabin into a cockpit area where you can store crab traps or have a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the view.  The aft deck can be accessed by a ladder or you can go through the salon stairs to an extremely spacious aft cabin. The deck has a hard top, is fully enclosed and is roomy enough for a couple of tables and chairs. There is a sink and ice maker for entertaining your guest.  You continue up a few stairs to the flybridge and great 360 view.
You need to see this vessel for yourself to appreciate all she has to offer. Call today to setup an appointment or to ask questions.
