"Regarded by many as one of the finest West Coast cruising yachts ever produced, the Tollycraft 48 Motor Yacht (often called the 48 Cockpit MY) combines classic Tollycraft styling and quality in a yacht of exceptional elegance. Introduced in 1976, the popularity of this yacht was such that a total of 80 were built before she was retired from the fleet in 1986. Demand continued, however, and in 1991 production was resumed with another 25 produced before the last hull was delivered in 1998.
