1973 Tollycraft 40' Tricabin

Harmony is a well-cared-for, exceptionally clean example of the 40 Tollycraft Tri-cabin. Harmony has been kept in covered, fresh-water moorage. Her hull, bright work, interior, and mechanicals are in top condition; she reflects genuine pride of ownership. With traditional Tolly/Monk lines, she has the character and charm of the seaworthy vessel, coupled with modern updates.

A versatile and well-regarded boat, the Tollycraft 40 Sundeck is a comfortable double-cabin cruising yacht with attractive styling, a first-rate interior layout, and high-quality construction. Like all Tollycraft of her era, she rides on an efficient modified-V hull with a relatively wide beam and a shallow keel for increased directional stability. Offered with V-berths in the forward stateroom and a spacious aft stateroom. With heads fore and aft, the vessel easily accommodates two couples or a family. 

The interior is completely finished with well-crafted teak woodwork and a lower helm station. The up-galley is to starboard at the aft of the salon. The salon also features an attractively updated settee and a "Tolly" high/low table. A helm seat is adjacent to the lower helm. Topside, the aft deck is a capable entertainment platform, and fold-flat seats flank the helm on the flybridge.
